Description of Silver vs. Bronze Eyetracking Data Analysis
Our Silver package is designed for clients that want actionable guidance and recommendations based on our over 13 years of experience eyetracking thousands of web pages and emails. The Silver package provides more in-depth analysis than the Bronze. It includes a PowerPoint presentation and a 1-on-1 WebEx-style online meeting with an Eyetools specialist to review the findings and recommendations. The 1-on-1 will initially focus on the findings of the eyetracking analysis, then will move on to forward-looking recommendations, optimizations, and eye-tracking best-practices that the client can apply to improve the effectiveness of the tested material. Our Bronze package is designed for agencies that want eyetracking data and want to understand what it means but do not want to be told what they should do with it (i.e., the client wants to come up with their own recommendations, not have us make them). The Bronze report focuses on identifying problems. It is delivered as a self-contained PDF with supporting heatmaps, images, analysis and findings, but does not include a 1-on-1 discussion with an Eyetools specialist. NOTE: We price "per page" to save clients money. (We can offer this great price-saving option for clients because of our high volume of eyetracking testing, so clients get the industry leading analysis at a great price. We have found that by providing high value at less expense, clients can afford to return for further rounds of testing — everyone wins.)
As an example, during the testing of a homepage, participants will often visit numerous other pages in addition to the homepage — we will not charge the client for those "other" pages visited, but instead only charge for pages that we analyze.

Demographic recruiting options
Standard demographic recruiting of 15 general consumers is included in the base price. See details regarding demographics & number of participants for more information.
- Standard demographics: (Included) 25-50 year olds, employed, web-savvy.
- Email-list recruiting: You can recruit your own customers by sending out an email invitation (we'll supply a list of Zip Codes and a signup link that you include in the email). We manage the screening, recruiting and scheduling once people click on our signup link. (Typically $750)
- Minor variations on general consumers: We have an in-house recruiter who can take care of simple variations on a "general consumer" theme. (Typically $750)
- Custom recruiting: We work with several external recruiters who can recruit almost any demographic.

Optional deliverables
- Eyetracking videos, showing raw eyetracking data overlaid on a video of the screen of select individuals as they interact with your test material. Note: this deliverable offers no actionable value and is not part of the actual analysis (it's impossible to derive valid conclusions from watching raw eyetracking videos).
- Poster-sized heatmaps of tested web pages or material — nice, fun artwork for the office. (Approximately $250-$350 per poster)
